In conformity with the provisions as per Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.2003 -"Privacy Law", the undersigned Maria Teresa Gherardi in quality of the person in charge of personal data treatment of the Azienda Agricola of Maria Teresa Gherardi, gives you some information about the utilization of the personal data according to art. 13 D.Lgs. nr. 196/03 "Privacy Law".

Having received the policy on my personal data as per "Privacy Law" (D. Legisl. 196/2003), I give my consent to Azienda of Maria Teresa Gherardi for the treatment of such data in order to receive mail or telecommunications (e-mail, sms, fax, telegrams) by the company itself with updates about special offers and rates.

Article no. 7. Right of access to personal data and other rights.

1.The concerned person has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and its communication in a comprehensible form.

2. The concerned person has the right to obtain indications about:

a) origin of the personal data;

b) purpose and form of treatment;

c) applied standards in case of treatment effected with computerize methods;

d) identification details of the person in charge, the responsible and appointed representatives as per art. 5, paragraph 2;

e) he subjects and categories that personal data can be given to, or that may be acknowledged of in quality of appointed representatives countrywide, responsible or entrusted.

3. The concerned person has the right to obtain:

a) the update, the amendment or integration of data if interested;

b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the restriction of the treated data in case of law infringement, including when it is not necessary the preservation according to the purposes for which the data were collected and successively treated;

c) he statement that the operations described at point a) and b) have been acknowledged, also regarding the contents, to those the data have been given or released to, except for cases where such requirement prove to be impossible to be obtained or need the use of evidently disproportionate means in comparison with the protected right.

4.The concerned person has the right to be fully or partially opposed :

a) for legitimate reasons to the treatment of his personal data, though pertaining the purpose of collection;

b) o the treatment of his personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales material, or for the accomplishment of market research and commercial communication.
